I would like to comment on the friendly & professional manner with which I was treated by Lois Gosselin, one of your Service Advisors.
I came into your dealership from out of town with a 2009 Dodge Journey which had a "check engine" light on. She tried to clear a possible code for an improperly closed gas cap but to no avail. Upon further discussion it was decided to bring the vehicle in for service.
While my vehicle was being serviced, she arranged for a free rental vehicle so I could get on my way. The problem turned out to be a faulty cam shaft positioning sensor and actuator as well as a wiring harness. She called to let me know when my Journey was ready and to let me know I could drop the rental vehicle off at the dealership and she would look after getting it back to Budget for me.
All in all it was a very pleasant experience for having to bring in my vehicle to an unfamiliar dealership.
Thank you, Louis for all your help, it is very much appreciated especially when it is so hard to find good customer service these days. You went out of your way to make this whole experience stress free.

First off, it is extremely rare to receive from customers words of encouragement concerning the day to day business. On most occasions, mid-level and upper management will receive email's ( and phone calls) about what the dealership has done wrong.
In my case, this anything but the truth. I purchased a 2005 RT Dodge Magnum AWD with 17,000Km from Capital Dodge in October 2007 after being referred by several co-workers and friends. My initial experience was a bad one as the sales manager that completed the transaction miss-represented several aspects of the purchase and the extended warranty plan. After receiving the documentation from the extended warranty folks, I enquired at Capital Dodge about the discrepancies between what the sales manager sold and the services that were to be provided by the extended warranty plan. I was happy to hear that the sales manager in question had been dismissed and that the Service department would ensure that issues would be resolved, should they arise in the future with the vehicle.
As I travel extensively overseas and seldom in Canada, the service team has always made every effort to accommodate my un-believable schedule to service and repair this vehicle. In the cases where the time constraints could not be met, I've been offered Tim Horton's coffee, courtesy vehicles and on one occasion a discounted rental in order for me to make a Montreal appointment. The service advisors have reminded me of all required services and "should do repairs" every time the vehicle has crossed the service bay doors and have ensured that I suffer no breakdowns with the required preventive maintenance. I've still managed, even though I'm out of the country 2-3 weeks a month, to put a lot of miles on this vehicle in the 2 years I've owned it and the service department at Capital is the key reason for this.
Having worked as a Mechanic and a Service Manager in the automotive business, as well as a Professional and Technical Services Manager in the High-Tech industry, these words do not come lightly, the Service Team at Capital Dodge (including the Technicians that perform the work on the vehicles) is un-equaled in the National Capital Region. I've been advised and my vehicle repaired by what I deem to be the "Best Shop In Town" and although my vehicle will soon be out of warranty, that other shops offer cheaper labor rates, my vehicle will be serviced by Capital Dodge.
Your Service Team has ensured a repeat customer for my future vehicle purchases and service needs.
If Capital Dodge has an Award/Reward program for employee's who go above and beyond to satisfy a customer, please consider both Rick Lamoureux (Service Manager) and Bob Viau (Service Advisor)for this and know that 1 satisfied customer that works in the service industry talks to more people in one day than most people do in a week, Capital Dodge will continue to be at the top of the list of places that I personally recommended people do business with.

I bought a 2010 Ram from Capital Dodge back on the one day Saturday sale you had in Feb, Lee Burke was the sales man. We were greeted by Brian and I have to say, it was really nice touch. The welcome feeling made it much easier to stay and look. Brian made my kids feel at home and made it easier for my wife to say yes.
Lee was really great, during the process he made me feel that I was in control and he fought for what I was asking for and not what he was getting or losing. We looked at a new 2010 Ram because of the great deals you had that day. Lee let my family and I go for a drive without a sales person and without any commitment. Now when it came down to the whole deal, again Lee made the whole thing easier, letting my wife and I discuss our options and he got the price down to what I wanted. That to me is the best I felt in a dealer, I did not feel the usual pressure that is part of the whole dealer thing. Sorry for such a long e mail but I have to say how it was to deal with the great people in your dealership.
Now I have to say I was a BIG GM TRUCK FAN but since my 06 and now 2010 I have to say I am LOVING THE TRUCK
and for me to leave my love of GM TRUCKS was not a hard thing to do with such a awesome truck.
I have to say, the experience was very comforting knowing that the people involved really listen to the customer and get what they are asking for. Lee was great and I will recommend people to go there to just see how great it is whether they buy or not. (but I am sure they won't leave without buying)

This week, I returned to Capital Dodge to get both my vehicles serviced and was once again in contact with Ran Rodney. I must say he is an absolute pleasure to deal with and your dealership must be commended for the way Ryan interacts with his clients. I also observed him dealing with other clients and found him to be very caring, respectful and quite capable of explaining what "work" was completed by the technician and he does it in a way that is easily understood. When I arrived on Monday evening to leave my first vehicle to be serviced on Tuesday, I learned that I did not have a drive home. He offered to drive me himself as he was leaving for the day and was going in the same direction of my home. (He had also offered me a loaner, however, logistically, I would not have been able to bring my second vehicle in for servicing the following evening.) Ryan goes above and beyond what would normally be expected of a service advisor and I felt that it was important that you were made aware of this. I'm sure, that too often, people find it much easier to voice dissatisfaction. I feel as though it is important for me to take the time to let you know that because of Ryan, you have regained my business at Capital Dodge. Your team is second to no one.
